Heartland Animal Shelter presents a variety of events throughout the year. Some focus on education and awareness, some focus on fundraising and some are just plain fun! Join Heartland Animal Shelter in welcoming back independent artist Peter Mayer to bring us a night of music and laughter- all to benefit the cats & dogs at Heartland! Doors open at 6:45 pm. Enjoy refreshments & desserts by Sweet Dreams Organic Bakery & Cafe, play the 50/50 cash raffle and fill your heart with music!

ChicagoVeg - Community for Chicagoland Vegetarians, Vegans, Raw Foodists and their friends will present their information about benefits of vegetarianism.
