Heartland Events for the Animals!
Heartland Animal Shelter presents a variety of events throughout the year.  Some focus on education and awareness, some focus on fundraising and some are just plain fun!  All of them have the ultimate goal of helping the animals we care for.

Your pets are already the king and queen of the house, now they can earn a Golden Paw Gala crown!  During the evening’s Pet Pageant, a furry King and Queen of Giving will be crowned for their acts of philanthropy for the animals at Heartland!

Before the event, we invite you to feature a favorite photo of your pet on your personal giving site.  Each photo will be recognized during the evening’s Pet Pageant, where your pet can be a star!

Every dollar donated on behalf of your furry friend’s giving site will be counted as a vote!  The furry philanthropists who raise the most donations for the animals at Heartland will be crowned Golden Paw Gala King and Queen of Giving!

Complementary Gala admission will be awarded to contestants for each $250 they raise for the animals at Heartland! 

Prizes will also be given to giving sites and event participants for the following categories: Best Dressed, Silliest Pose, Most Loveable Face, Biggest Smile and Pet & Guardian look-a-like.
